Cinnamon Roasted Nuts
Slow-roasted mixed nuts coated with a light cinnamon sugar glaze make the perfect most satiating snack. Serve them as is or on top of a tasty charcuterie board. They also make an amazing homemade gift.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg Whites
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Peanuts, *can sub nut of choice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almonds, *can sub nut of choice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pecans, *can sub nut of choice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Brown Swerve (sugar substitute), *can sub cane sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 250ºF and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the egg white and vanilla extract and whisk together until frothy.
- Add in the mixed nuts and stir until fully coated.
- Measure in the sugar and cinnamon and toss until fully covered.
- Spread the nuts evenly on the prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Allow it to cool fully on the pan and store it in an airtight container. Enjoy.
