Candied Pecans
I love to use nuts, my family enjoys nuts every day. Baking paleo I use a ton of almond flour but it is fun to mix things up. These can be used to eat as they are, chopped as a salad topping, or on top of baked treats.
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Pecans, unroasted and unsalted
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Sea Salt, or more if you like

- In a dry skillet on medium heat add all the ingredients and stir.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring periodically,
- Watch them closely time will vary depending on the nuts and type of skillet you use.
- Pour into a cookie sheet and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Enjoy

You can use any nuts, I love macadamia, almond, or peanuts. Or mix it up, literally and use a variety.
