Cinnamon Roll Oreo Truffles
As soon as I tasted the Cinnamon Roll blend from Sip Herbals, I knew I wanted to make a fun, easy dessert. I love oreo truffles (who doesn't??), and thought it would be a fun twist to create some cinnamon roll oreo truffles using golden oreos. These taste just like cinnamon rolls, and are so easy to make! The sweetness of the white chocolate coating really balances the cinnamony, earthyiness of the cinnamon roll blend. Can't wait for you to fall in love with these!

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add oreos (cream and all) to a food processor and process on high until oreos are reduced to fine crumbs.
- Grind the 1/4 cup Sip Herbals Cinnamon Roll Faux Joe in a coffee grinder or spice grinder until a very fine powder forms.
- Add the ground Sip Herbals to the food processor and continue to process, scraping down the sides, until it's well incorporated into the oreo mixture.
- Add softened cream cheese to the food processor and pulse until a dough forms. (If your food processor isn't big enough, you can transfer all to a medium-sized bowl and mix with a spatula or even mix with your clean hands).
- After dough comes together, form in ~30 Tbsp-sized balls, rolling between your palms, and set on a parchment-lined plate.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Melt white chocolate--either in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, or over a double boiler, careful not to overheat the chocolate.
- Once white chocolate is melted, stir in 1 tsp ground cinnamon until well incorporated.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate mixture then set on a pan or plate lined with parchment paper, and immediately sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt before the white chocolate sets.
- Set in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, then enjoy!
