Overnight oats are one of my favorite quick and easy breakfasts for busy mornings. Rolled oats are high in soluble fiber, allowing a slow and steady blood sugar balance. Packed with protein and flavor, these Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats will boost energy for your busy day!
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure
- 14 grams14 grams14 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dairy-Free Cream Cheese - Kite Hill
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Process

- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the toppings, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then transfer the mixture to a ziplock bag.
