Salted Chocolate Quinoa Crisps
These Quinoa Crisps are ADDICTING! You might want to make a double batch, just in case. Don't say I didn't want you 🙂

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Puffed Quinoa
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Salty Dark Chocolate Bar - Hu
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 28 grams28 grams28 grams Chocolate Protein Powder

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pour quinoa into a bowl and set aside
- Melt chocolate using a double boiler method
- Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla and chocolate protein powder until smooth
- Pour chocolate mixture over quinoa and mix well
- Spoon into cookie shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Freeze for 30 minutes to set
