  1. Pour quinoa into a bowl and set aside
  2. Melt chocolate using a double boiler method
  3. Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla and chocolate protein powder until smooth
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over quinoa and mix well
  5. Spoon into cookie shapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes to set
  7. Enjoy 😉
