Coca Cola Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs
These Coca Cola Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs are so quick and easy to put together plus they taste just amazing! Perfect for a tailgating party, or any get together.
Ingredients
- 3 lb3 lb3 lb Pork Country Style Ribs, boneless
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Coca Cola
- 18 oz18 oz18 oz Barbecue Sauce

- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Salt

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Onion, minced

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Spray your slow cooker with a non-stick spray (I love our homemade one).
- Lay your ribs in the slow cooker. I cut mine down in size a bit because the strips were so long.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, minced onion, and any other seasonings of choice.
- Pour in Coca-Cola and BBQ sauce.
- Give a bit of a stir to make sure it's mixed and the ribs are coated.
- Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
- Be sure to use a meat thermometer to make sure your ribs are cooked all the way and enjoy! “Done” is 145-degrees, but you might prefer 180-degrees to make them tender.
