Coconut Curry Potstickers (Viral TJ’s Recipe GF/DF Version)
As someone who has to be Gluten and Dairy Free, I often see Viral recipes floating around that I have to alter in order to make them suitable for me. Some recipes don't seem worth it but this was one I HAD to do and it is an absolute WINNER!
If you love spice, I just know you're going to love this recipe too!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Gluten-Free Chicken Potstickers - Feel Good Foods, Two boxes
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Red Curry Paste, Mae Ploy
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Milk, Canned Full Fat
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, minced

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, grated

- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Green Onion (Scallion), chopped

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Use Avocado Oil to grease your baking dish
- In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the sauce and pour into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Lay all frozen potstickers in the baking dish on top of the sauce.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes covered.
- Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Top with Green onions, Sesame Seeds and Cilantro.
- Enjoy!
