Crunchy Chicken and Shrimp Bites
This recipe is one of those that takes just a little bit to prep but is so filling and delicious that the whole family will love them! Pair it with roasted asparagus and rice or a side greens salad. You can’t go wrong with these Crunchy Chicken and Shrimp Bites !
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Shrimp, Raw, Chopped and minced
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Green Onion (Scallion), Chopped
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ginger Root, Minced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 15 whole15 whole15 whole Rice Paper Wrappers
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Avocado Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sichuan Chili Crisp - Fly By Jing

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix all ingredients minus Advocado Oil into a bowl until combined.
- Fill a shallow glass bowl/pan with warm water and dip each Rice Paper sheet into the water fully for about 10 seconds.
- Lay the rice paper flat and add 2 Tbs Chicken/Shrimp filling to the center.
- Fold all sides in and seal like you would a package until all filling has been used.
- Preheat your pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp of avocado oil
- Once the oil is hot, place the dumplings seam side down in the pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side until the bottom is golden and crisp.
- Flip carefully and cook the second side for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden.
- Optionally, flip and crisp up the sides for another 30 seconds each for that gyoza-style crunch.
- *Mix dipping sauce ingredients and enjoy!!
