Cranberry White Chocolate Monster Cookies
These cookies are my go to meal prep for lunches or breakfast on the go. They are gluten-free, dairy free, egg free. They have protein and keep you full!
Ingredients
- 666 Banana
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Pecans

- 1 cups1 cups1 cups Hemp Hearts
- 111 Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 scoop
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dried Cranberries, Organic
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate, mini white chocolate chips, I use Enjoy Life

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven ro 350F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
- In large bowl, add bananas. Using a hand mixer, mix until a creamy texture.
- Add protein powder and vanillla, mix until well combined.
- Add oats, pecans, hemp hearts, cranberries and mini white chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
- Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup or scoop, drop mixture onto prepared baking sheets, pressing them down to flatten.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, using a spatula, flip over and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheets before moving to baking rack.
