  1. Pour half the soda into a small saucepan and the other half into a small bowl
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the soda in the bowl and give it a little stir
  3. While that blooms, warm the soda in the saucepan. Just until warm
  4. Pour over the bowl with gelatin and whisk quickly until well combined
  5. Pour into silicone molds or a square baking dish
  6. Set in the fridge for a couple of hours
  7. Enjoy!!
