These are a great low-calorie, high-protein, high-fiber, gut-healthy treat! Only 2 ingredients and so easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cream Soda-Olipop
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Unflavored Gelatin, Beef

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pour half the soda into a small saucepan and the other half into a small bowl
- Sprinkle gelatin over the soda in the bowl and give it a little stir
- While that blooms, warm the soda in the saucepan. Just until warm
- Pour over the bowl with gelatin and whisk quickly until well combined
- Pour into silicone molds or a square baking dish
- Set in the fridge for a couple of hours
- Enjoy!!
