Gut-Healthy Root Beer Float Gummies
These are so delicious, gut healthy, and a treat you can feel good about giving your kids!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Root Beer, Olipop brand
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Unflavored Gelatin, Beef

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Milk, Full fat
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Unflavored Gelatin, Beef

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add half the root beer to a small bowl and the other half to a small sauce pan
- Sprinkle gelatin over the top of the root beer in the bowl and give it a little stir
- Meanwhile , warm the root beer up in the sauce pan
- Once it’s warm, not hot, pour into the bowl and mix well
- Pour immediately into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until set
- Once it’s set you can make you top layer by placing half the coconut milk in a small bowl and the rest into a small sauce pan
- Sprinkle gelatin over the bowl with coconut milk and stir
- Add the maple syrup to the saucepan with coconut milk and heat just until warm
- Pour into bowl and mix well
- Pour over the bottom layer
- Place in the fridge for another hour until set
- Cut into squares
- Enjoy!!!
