  1. In a large bowl add all ingredients, and mix well
  2. Pour over the top of 2 lbs of chicken (best with drumsticks or thighs)
  3. Marinade for at least a couple of hours
  4. Make sure to baste the chicken with the marinade while you’re barbecuing
