Healthier Cola Chicken Marinade
This is a healthier version of the popular coco cola chicken! Much less sugar!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Olipop Vintage Cola
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chicken Wings & Homemade BBQ Sauce (Low Sugar) (click for recipe), Click the link for my easy bbq sauce or store bought
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup No Sugar Ketchup - True Made Foods

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Jalapeño Pepper, Fresh or pickled

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl add all ingredients, and mix well
- Pour over the top of 2 lbs of chicken (best with drumsticks or thighs)
- Marinade for at least a couple of hours
- Make sure to baste the chicken with the marinade while you’re barbecuing
- Enjoy!!
