Almond butter on its own has a rich, slightly nutty taste, but you can add natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup. A favorite- honey almond butter brings a balance of sweetness and nuttiness, making it perfect for spreading on toast or using in desserts. If you prefer a different flavor, you can create maple almond butter by simply mixing in a bit of maple syrup, which adds a deep, caramel-like sweetness.

  1. Roast the almonds in oven before blending.

Notes

Warm almonds blend faster! If you're in a rush, roast or gently heat your almonds before blending for a smoother almond butter texture.
