who wants a delicious hardy salad that doesn't have lettuce in it? I know sometimes I do. This salad is totally vegan with whole ingredients and no additives. Super healthy and super delicious.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, add in your tahini, lemon juice + zest, maple syrup, dijon and oil.
  2. Mix until combined.
  3. Add your cold water 1 tablespoon at a time to brighten and loosen up.
  4. Put your dressing aside.
  5. Dressing stores great in the fridge up to 1 week.
  6. Chop up your broccolini until small pieces.
  7. Add your dressing to broccolini and garnish with almonds and cranberries.
  8. You can toss this salad up and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
