I made the mistake of using my oven for a while during the heatwave and let me tell you, that was a mistake. My house was sweltering and I felt nauseous afterwards lol That's where loaded salads come in. A whole head of romaine,  loads of crispy fresh veggies, cheese, and a protein component. Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven according to package directions for your crispy filets. Get them onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake according to directions until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Toss your romaine lettuce with as much grana padano as your heart desires along with a pinch of oregano, black pepper, and dressing. Don't overdress. Divide between two plates.
  3. Arrange cucumbers around the salad. Slice your crispy filets and nestle them on top of the salad followed by pickled hot peppers, more red onions, and crumbled feta cheese. ENJOY!
