Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Dressing
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Mayonnaise
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Sour Cream, Sub for Greek Yogurt
- 3.5 Tbsp3.5 Tbsp3.5 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp dried Dill
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Onion Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Dried Parsley
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, OPTIONAL
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Milk, OPTIONAL, sub for water
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Salt, to taste
Salad
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Cassava Pasta, I use jovial foods!
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp fresh Dill, finely diced
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cubed (into bite size pieces)
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed (into bite size pieces)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Uncured Salami, cubed (into bite size pieces)
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Salt, to taste

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Stir dressing ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.
- 2. Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Make sure your pasta is fully cooked before mixing with ingredients.
- 3. Combine salad ingredients and gently toss pasta with dressing.
- 4. If your dressing comes out thick, add 1 tsp of milk until you reach the consistency you like to coat the pasta. Add salt to taste.
- 5. Let chill in fridge 1+ hour before serving.
