- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or dairy free
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, dairy free or regular

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix everything together in a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into a sprayed 13x8 casserole dish and bake at 375 for 25 min. Let sit for at least 15 min before cutting (it will firm as it cools).
- Cut into 6 squares for optimal protein. Store in fridge - lasts up to a week!
