Dye Free Rainbow Popsicles! (Edit recipe)

My kiddos absolute favorite summer treat so far! Flavored and colored with real fruit.These are way easier than they look, too. Because I only made TWO flavors (not 6) and still got all these colors! I made Mango & Strawberry. Then, I simply added pinches of blue spirulina to turn yellow to green & blue, and to turn red -> purple

Ingredients

Strawberry (red, orange, & purple)

Mango (yellow, Blue, green)

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend strawberry ingredients until smooth
  2. Pour into 3 bowls
  3. Add a pinch of blue spirulina (or natural blue colorant) to one bowl to make purple.
  4. Add a pinch of natural yellow food colorant @colorkitchenfoods to one bowl to make orange
  5. Blend mango ingredients until smooth.
  6. Pour into 3 bowls
  7. add a tiny pinch of blue spirulina to one bowl to make green
  8. add a bigger pinch of blue to another bowl to make blue
  9. you should now have 6 colors
  10. spoon into popsicle molds in rainbow order
  11. freeze 4+ hours
  12. run molds under warm water a few seconds before trying to remove from popsicles from molds
  13. enjoy!!
  14. You totally could make these with different flavors for each color (🍓🍑🥭🍈🫐🍇) but this seemed way easier!
