Easy Homemade Croutons
Got bread on hand? Whether it’s fresh, a little stale, or even a mix of different kinds (think sourdough, hotdog buns, or whatever you’ve got), you can turn it into easy, flavorful croutons! Ingredients
- 1.5 - 3.5 cup1.5 - 3.5 cup1.5 - 3.5 cup Bread, fresh or stale work great, cubed
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Real Salt - Redmond
- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Rosemary, Dried, any dried herbs work great
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix - Primal Palate
Process

- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with oil, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, and dried herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-20 minutes (dependent on freshness), stirring once halfway through, until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool. Store in an airtight container.
