This easy homemade granola recipe is such a staple granola recipe. It's super simple and a base granola recipe, leaving room to add in any additional ingredients of your choice like dried fruits, chocolate, or anything else you'd like to add!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Line a medium-sized baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. To a bowl, combine all dry ingredients together first, then all wet ingredients. Mix together with a spatula until well combined.
  4. Transfer granola mixture to lined baking tray and pat down with a spatula so it is spread out into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until granola becomes golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into chunks. To speed up the process, place the granola tray in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Once cold, break into chunks and enjoy.

Notes

How to store: keep in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to one month.
