Easy Vegan Reindeer Brownies
Just a few finishing touches will transform these delicious brownies into a fun Christmas treat. They are SO easy for the kids to decorate themselves and festive enough to put out on the table. Try them once, and I'm sure you’ll find yourself wanting to make them every Christmas.
Ingredients

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Golden Flaxseed Meal, (to make flax egg)
- 5 Tbsp5 Tbsp5 Tbsp Water, (to make flax egg)
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pascha 55% Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips

- Preheat oven to 350 and spray standard brownie pan with cooking oil.
- Make flax eggs by mixing flaxseed meal and water, and then let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Melt vegan butter in microwave.
- Combine with flax egg, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and whisk.
- Add flour and fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the brownie pan and bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting.
- Use pretzels and candy to make the reindeer faces.
