Ingredients

- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ginger Root, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil - Kosterina
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic, green onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add cauliflower rice and stir well. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in edamame, coconut aminos, sesame oil, and ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Push ingredients to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side. Once cooked, mix everything together.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
