Single Serve Protein Salted Caramel Chocolate chip cookie
Meet your new favorite cookie: salted caramel but make it protein-packed, low in sugar, and secretly good for your gut. No gluten, no dairy, and yep, it can even be made vegan. Sweet, salty, and actually satisfying!
Ingredients
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Oat Flour, almond flour also works well
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Prime Protein, Salted Caramel - Equip Foods, or any protein (vegan works great here too)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cashew Butter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp 100% Cacao Organic Vegan Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co.
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips/sea salt to a bowl and mix together until fully combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the cookie dough to the baking sheet and form the dough into a cookie.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes
- Remove from the oven, top with sea salt while the cookie is still a bit gooey and let cool before eating.
Notes
If you want to make this fully vegan using a plant based protein powder here works great. Or add 1 tbsp more of coconut flour. To make sugar free use a sugar free liquid sweetener or omit altogether
