Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips/sea salt to a bowl and mix together until fully combined.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer the cookie dough to the baking sheet and form the dough into a cookie.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes
  7. Remove from the oven, top with sea salt while the cookie is still a bit gooey and let cool before eating.

Notes

If you want to make this fully vegan using a plant based protein powder here works great. Or add 1 tbsp more of coconut flour. To make sugar free use a sugar free liquid sweetener or omit altogether
