Espresso Salted Chocolate Clementines

Ingredients
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Clementine, Peeled & segmented
- 1 - 1.5 cups1 - 1.5 cups1 - 1.5 cups Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk) - Pascha, Melted; start with 1 cup and melt more, if needed
- 0.5 - 1 tsp0.5 - 1 tsp0.5 - 1 tsp Espresso Finishing Salt - Texas Salt Co.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line large, rimmed sheet pan with parchment or wax paper.
- Insert toothpick almost halfway through a clementine segment to dip in melted chocolate, covering at least half of clementine segment with melted chocolate; allow excess melted chocolate to drip back into bowl before placing dipped clementine segment on prepared pan. Repeat with remaining clementine segments (make sure to remove toothpick after placing on sheet pan).
- Sprinkle desired amount of espresso finishing salt over melted chocolate before chocolate sets. Place pan in fridge 20 minutes to allow chocolate to fully set.
- Store in fridge until ready to serve. Serves 6-12.
