Flavorful Grain-Free Meatballs
This meatball recipe is easy, flavorful, and delicious. It's great served with gluten-free pasta, vegetable noodles, or simply on it's own with the tomato basil sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Vidalia Onion, diced
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs, whisked
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pork Panko
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Little Palates Herb Garden Seasoning
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, finely chopped
- 32 oz32 oz32 oz Rao's Tomato Basil Sauce

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork and ground beef. Mix to combine the ground meet together evenly.
- Add in the diced onion, whisked egg, pork panko, and Herb Garden seasoning. Mix again to combine evenly.
- Add in the chopped parsley, and mix again until evenly combined.
- Form the meatball mixture into 1.5 ounce meatballs and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Bake the meatballs for approximately 20 minutes.
- Pour the jar of tomato basil sauce into a saucepan, and heat over medium heat.
- Transfer the meatballs to the sauce, and allow them to simmer in the sauce for 30-40 minutes, or until serving.
