How fun is this afternoon picking up snack for your kids? Anything that is covered in sprinkles, my kids love. But this little treat is packed with nutrients, including protein. This is such a good one.

  1. Slice your banana into coin pieces
  2. In a bowl, add your yogurt, maple syrup, and food coloring. Mix together. Cover each banana in the yogurt mixture. Place the banana on parchment paper.

  4. Place in the freezer and let the yogurt and banana harden.
  5. Enjoy
