Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or dairy free
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Strawberries, thinly sliced into coins
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peanut Butter Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut your strawberries into "coins" by slicing the top off and continuing to slice (about 4 slices per strawberry). Place one "coin" on the bottom of a mini muffin pan and continue until you're out of strawberries.
- Mix the yogurt, powdered peanut butter, and maple syrup in a bowl until smooth and fill each hole over the strawberries with it (about 1-2 tbs per hole).
- Freeze for 1.5-2 hours before popping out of the container.
- Store in the freezer layered with parchment paper and let sit out for 5 min to thaw before eating.
