Fudge Pops
You’re loving my cottage cheese recipes and I’m loving sharing them so we are taking fudge pops to the next level with these protein fudge pops (no protein powder needed).
These are out of this world good. Zero hint of cottage cheese. 100% blast of sweet chocolate. Made with 4 ingredients. Doesn't get much better than this!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese, Good Culture brand
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Milk, Dairy free or regular
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pascha 55% Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips, melted
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto, or sweetener of choice
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

- Blend everything together. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours before eating.
