Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add both flours, baking powder and cane sugar. Mix together. Then, add the egg and applesauce. Mix until the cookie dough batter forms.
  3. Fold in sprinkles, white chocolate chips and the goodie girl birthday cake Oreos. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Roll into cookie dough balls and place on baking pan. Place pan in oven and bake cookies for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy warm!

Notes

I used the gluten free goodie girl birthday cake Oreos! But golden Oreos will also work.
