Sharp, punchy, and full of herby garlic flavor, this keto vinegar dill sauce brings everything to life without a drop of mayo. It’s the tangy, no-cook dressing I reach for when plain veggies or grilled meat need a glow-up. Just fresh garlic, dill, and vinegar magic in 2 minutes.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a small bowl, combine grated garlic, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, and salt.
  2. Stir well to combine. Add black pepper if using.
  3. Let the sauce sit for 5-10 minutes so the garlic mellows and flavors blend.
  4. Serve or pour into a small jar and refrigerate.

Notes

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake or stir before using each time. This is the base sauce for my Cold Zucchini Side Dish and Creamy Yogurt Dill Sauce.
