Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place your pan on the stove and pre-heat it on medium-low heat(the lower temp take a little longer, but will help your toast fry evenly).
  2. Combine all ingredients except for the slices of bread in a blender, (or a medium bowl), and blend until combined(or whisk).
  3. Once you have a smooth French toast mixture, pour it into your medium bowl. Take a slice of bread and put it directly into the egg mixture. Let it sit for a minute to completely saturate the one side. Then flip the slice of bread over to soak in the gingerbread egg mixture.
  4. Place a small amount of butter or spray coconut oil on your warm pan. Stir it around to coat the bottom of the pan.
  5. Take your slice of toast soaking in the mixture and place it on the warm pan. (if the pan is warm enough you should hear a quiet sizzle sound).
  6. Cook the one side for around 3 minutes, or until the side touching the pan is a dark golden brown color. Then flip the toast to cook the other side for the same amount of time.
  7. Remove cooked French toast from the pan when both sides are dark golden brown.
  8. Place toast on a plate, and dress it with your favorite toppings!
  9. Enjoy!
