Gluten Free Cheddar Waffle Biscuits
These gluten free cheddar waffle biscuits are easy to throw together for a quick brunch, a side dish for dinner, and are perfect to freeze for busy weekday mornings!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Flour, self-rising (see notes)

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, full fat
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded extra

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Mix flour and yogurt together in a large bowl with a spoon (add 1/4 tsp garlic powder if you want some extra flavor).
- Add in cheese and squeeze/knead until a dough forms.
- Form into 8 balls.
- Grease waffle iron, allow to reheat, then add dough to the waffle iron. Close the top and hold for 10 seconds. Allow to cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy!
Notes
*If making your own gluten free self rising flour, use the 2 tsp baking powder version (as described in the notes for that recipe)
