Gluten Free Chicken Noodle Soup
This basic gluten free chicken noodle soup is the perfect nourishing meal!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ghee, sub avocado oil

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrots, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Celery, diced
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Thyme, Fresh

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Sage - Primal Palate

- 8 cup8 cup8 cup Chicken Bone Broth

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Chicken Breast, fully cooked and shredded

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peas, Frozen
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Gluten-Free Macaroni Pasta, cooked

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Using a large pot, heat the ghee over medium heat.
- Add the onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add the carrots and celery, and lightly season with salt and pepper. Saute for 4-5 more minutes or until lightly tender.
- Add the broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken, lemon juice, and frozen peas. Simmer for another 4-5 minutes to heat the chicken.
- Serve the soup over pasta with extra salt and pepper to taste!
Notes
If you're meal-prepping this soup, keep the pasta and the soup separate.
