Healthy gluten-free cookie dough is almost too good to be true. Made in minutes with only 7 whole food ingredients and packed full of delicious dark chocolate chips. It’s the perfect nutritious snack to satisfy your sweet tooth.

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the oat flour, coconut flour, and salt.
  2. Add in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop and form into cookie dough balls if desired or enjoy as is with a spoon.
  5. Score leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
