  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the oat flour, coconut flour, and salt.
  2. Add in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop and form into cookie dough balls if desired or enjoy as is with a spoon.
  5. Score leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
