  1. ✨Preheat the oven to 350 F line a muffin tin with 4-5 muffin liners. Spray with avocado oil spray.
  2. ✨Combine the chocolate and ghee in a glass bowl. Melt over a double boiler, or in 20 seconds intervals in the microwave, stirring until melted. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  3. ✨Add the egg and egg yolks and whisk well. Add the vanilla, coconut sugar, and maple syrup and whisk well.
  4. ✨ Add the dry ingredients and stir well to combine. Fold in extra chocolate chips.
  5. ✨ Scoop the batter into the muffin tin and top with extra chocolate. ✨Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until baked through. Add flakey salt and allow to cool for a bit before enjoying!!
