Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Chicken Broth
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Basmati Rice, uncooked
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Full Fat Cream Cheese, whipped (dairy free will work too)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Onion, Primal Palate’s French Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic, Trader Joe’s
