  1. First, prep your soup.
  2. In a large stock pot, brown your ground beef and garlic.
  3. Add in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and italian seasoning and stir all together.
  4. Add in chicken broth, water, and noodles.
  5. Bring to a boil, and then simmer until noodles are almost fully cooked.
  6. Add in spinach and cheeses, and cook a few more minutes until everything is wilted and melty together.
  7. Let soup cool down while you make the garlic bread.
  8. Cook your Against the Grain baguette according to instructions.
  9. Then, slice in half, rub with garlic clove, spread on butter, and top with dried chives.
  10. Enjoy the bread dipped in soup!
