  1. Begin with an empty peanut butter jar. Add the oats, raisins, chia and hemp seeds, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Pour in your milk of choice and add some vanilla extract.
  3. Securely place the lid on the jar, then give it a good shake to mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Refrigerate the jar overnight.
  5. In the morning, take it out of the fridge and give it a good mix before diving in!

Notes

Enjoy the last bits of peanut butter goodness by using an almost-empty jar; it's the magic ingredient! Personalize your oats with the milk of your choice, whether it's dairy-filled - or almond, soy, or coconut. Keep it gluten free with certified gluten free oats. If you like your oats a little sweeter, you can add in a little honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar. You can also top your oats with fresh fruit, nuts, or a dollop of yogurt. Shake or stir well before refrigerating overnight, and in the morning, give it a final stir for a creamy, hassle-free breakfast.
