Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Whisk wet ingredients together for brownies
  2. In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients, then add into wet mixture
  3. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray
  4. Fill mini muffin pan 3/4 way full with brownie batter
  5. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes
  6. As soon as you take them out of the oven use the back side of a 1 tsp measuring spoon to create an indent in the brownie
  7. Allow to cool 10 min, then remove from tray and onto a wire cooling rack
  8. Whip your icing with colorant(s) of choice until desired shade is achieved
  9. Pipe into the divots of your brownies
  10. Decorate with sprinkles as the “bubbling cauldron” and pretzel sticks
  11. Enjoy!
