Grain Free Honey Pecan Bread

You would never believe this recipe only calls for four ingredients! You can top the bread with additional Georgia Grinders and fresh fruit if you'd like.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 444 Eggs
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pecan Butter

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, add baking soda and apple cider vinegar and let fizz.
- Add eggs and mix with an electric mixer until eggs fluff (about 2-3 minutes).
- Next, add Georgia Grinder's pecan butter and continue mixing.
- Line a standard sized bread loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in batter.
- Top with pecan pieces and bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Drizzle entire loaf with melted coconut butter and raw honey.
