Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad
I love a good chicken salad, but especially one that is packed with extra protein! This Greek yogurt chicken salad is so delicious and a very simple meal to throw together on those busy days.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Rotisserie Chicken
- .75 cups.75 cups.75 cups Celery, Diced
- .75 cups.75 cups.75 cups Red Grapes, Quartered
- 111 Green Onion (Scallion), Diced
- .75 cups.75 cups.75 cups Organic Walnuts, Roasted
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream), or Buttermilk
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Dried Parsley
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp dried Dill
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Garlic Powder
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Ground Fresh Black Peppercorns
