Healthier Nutter Butters
Gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free, plus a pinch of protein, yet still soft and bursting with peanut butter goodness!

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Almond Flour
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Or peanut butter flavor protein powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine your dough ingredients together
- Roll into balls
- Place two balls together so that they're touching
- Use a fork to press down on the balls
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes (to help keep from over puffing / spreading when baking)
- Bake at 350 for 10-11 min
- Allow to cool on baking sheet 5 min, then transfer to cooling rack
- Once cool stuff with your pb mixture and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to omit the peanut butter shape and make peanut butter stuffed cookies instead! This made 28 balls of dough / 14 peanut shaped cookies, thus after stuffing 7 nutter butter cookies total
