Healthier Shirley Temple
No artificial colors, corn syrup, or sugary sodas needed! This homemade Shirley temple drink is made with homemade Grenadine, prebiotic sparkling drink, and no sugar added orange juice. It's easy, zesty, and so refreshing!
Ingredients
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Lemon Lime Prebiotic Soda - Olipop
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Honey, Or cane sugar, or granular monkfruit
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Orange Blossom Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make homemade grenadine
- Add 1 cup pure pomegranate juice + 1 cup granular monkfruit (or honey or organic cane sugar) to stove over medium heat. Bring to low boil, then lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Pour into storage glass and refrigerate (will last several months in the fridge)
- Pour chilled & now thickened grenadine over ice, and layer with prebiotic "soda"
- Top with a splash of organic orange juice, stir to ombré beauty, and enjoy!
Notes
There's plenty of cleaner brands of sparkling beverages. We love Olipop and Poppi brands. Lemon lime or ginger ale flavors will work!
