Tahini Herb Sauce
This bright, herby tahini sauce is a flavorful finish for drizzling over grilled seafood or chicken. The 10-minute recipe also doubles as a great salad dressing or dip for vegetable platters. Make a batch on Sunday for use throughout the week. Toss it into a batch of hummus to add an instant flavor boost. Ingredients
- 111 Lemon, (zested and juiced)

- 222 Garlic, cloves to a paste), minced

- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Tahini
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Water, (add more, as needed)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, white
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dill, Fresh, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Mint Leaves, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Basil, Fresh, finely chopped

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Kosher Salt

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Pepper

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Smoked Paprika

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a small bowl, add the lemon zest and juice. Stir in the minced garlic paste and let sit for a minute to mellow.
- Whisk in the tahini and olive oil until smooth. Sauce will be thick at this point.
- Add water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking between additions until the sauce is pourable but thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
- Add the chopped dill, mint, and basil, followed by the white balsamic vinegar. Whisk to combine and taste again.
- Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir before using.
