High Protein blueberry Muffins

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda

- Preheat your oven to 350F
- In a large mixing bowl add the almond milk, egg, yogurt, vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
- Add in the sugar, oats, oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
- Lastly gently fold in the blueberries and transfer the batter to a lightly greased muffin pan. It makes about 8 muffins.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool for 20 minutes and enjoy!
