Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1x for original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5x for deluxe (24 ounces).
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free banana pudding mix, vanilla extract, banana extract, and water. Blend until smooth.

- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami. Use the Lite Ice Cream setting to blend.
- Re-Spin – If the texture is crumbly, use the Re-Spin function until smooth and creamy.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add Toppings & Fold In – Swirl the melted chocolate over the ice cream, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, and gently fold everything throughout to maintain texture.
- Optional Mix-In – If you prefer, use the Mix-In button to blend in the chocolate and walnuts, but note that this will break them into smaller pieces. You can also add extra chocolate chips as a mix-in without melting them.

Notes
Recipe Variations Chocolate Lover: add a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder for that extra chocolate flavor. (please note it will lose its yellow color) Peanut Butter Chunky Monkey: add a tablespoon of peanut butter for a rich nutty flavor. Coffee Chunky Monkey: add a teaspoon of instant espresso powder for a high protein coffee kick.
