Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Use the multiplier above to adjust quantities based on your machine: 1x for original 7 in 1 (16 ounces) and 1.5x for deluxe (24 ounces).
  2. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free banana pudding mix, vanilla extract, banana extract, and water. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami. Use the Lite Ice Cream setting to blend.
  6. Re-Spin – If the texture is crumbly, use the Re-Spin function until smooth and creamy.
  7. Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  8. Add Toppings & Fold In – Swirl the melted chocolate over the ice cream, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, and gently fold everything throughout to maintain texture.
  9. Optional Mix-In – If you prefer, use the Mix-In button to blend in the chocolate and walnuts, but note that this will break them into smaller pieces. You can also add extra chocolate chips as a mix-in without melting them.
  10. Serve & Enjoy – Scoop and enjoy your homemade, high-protein, low-carb Chunky Monkey ice cream!

Notes

Recipe Variations Chocolate Lover: add a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder for that extra chocolate flavor. (please note it will lose its yellow color) Peanut Butter Chunky Monkey: add a tablespoon of peanut butter for a rich nutty flavor. Coffee Chunky Monkey: add a teaspoon of instant espresso powder for a high protein coffee kick.
