High Protein Einkorn Cinnamon Rolls

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Sourdough Starter, Homemade, discard
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, melted
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ceylon
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt, softened
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix together dough ingredients and use immediately, or put in fridge for a bit to let sourdough magic happen
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Roll dough out into rectangle
- Whisk filling
- Spread filling on dough
- Slowly roll dough starting from one of the shorter rectangular sides until the dough is in a cylinder shape
- Cut into desired size
- Place into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes
- While the cinnamon rolls are baking or cooling, cream topping ingredients together
- Top the cinnamon rolls and enjoy the deliciousness
