These indulgent cups are filled with a creamy cookie dough filling, a smooth peanut butter ganache, and a sea salted chocolate coating, to cover all those taste buds with each bite! gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free! Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, line silicone cups with melted chocolate and freeze until hard. I did two layers to assure the sides were thick enough with chocolate
  2. Combine dough ingredients together until smooth, then fold in chocolate chips
  3. Pour cookie dough into hardened chocolate cups
  4. Warm PB layer ingredients together until smooth and combined, then pour overtop cookie dough
  5. Freeze until hard
  6. Top with more melted chocolate, and return to freezer until fully hardened
  7. Let come to room temp for a few minutes before enjoying!
  8. Keep stored in the fridge
