High Protein Pizza Bagels
When you are craving pizza, these pizza bagels really hit the spot! They come together quickly, are easy to make, and have tons of flavor! Perfect for a quick pizza night!
Ingredients
- 120 grams120 grams120 grams Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour - Primal Palate, 1 cup spoon filled and leveled

- 1 1/2 tsp1 1/2 tsp1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, one large egg
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Tomato Puree (Strained Tomatoes)
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Adobo Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 3/4 cup3/4 cup3/4 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Pepperoni, Uncured

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to bake at 375 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the cup of yogurt to the flour mixture, along with the whisked egg.
- Stir the yogurt and egg into the flour mixture, until evenly combined.
- Turn out your dough onto a well floured surface, and gently knead, sprinkling a little flour on the dough to keep the dough from sticking.
- Form the dough into a ball, and divide into 4 sections.
- Roll each section into a ball, and then using your thumb, press a hole through the dough to create the center of the bagel.
- Place each bagel onto your baking sheet.
- Bake the bagels in the center of the oven, on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and allow to cool.
- When you are ready to make the pizza bagels, preheat the oven to bake at 450 degrees F.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the tomato puree with the Primal Palate Adobo Seasoning.
- Slice the bagels in half, and spread a thin layer of the seasoned tomato puree on the bagel slices.
- Top with a thin layer of the mozzarella cheese.
- Cut the pepperoni into small pieces, and place a few pieces of pepperoni on the top of the cheese if desired.
- Bake the bagels again for 10 minutes at 450 F.
- Enjoy.
