High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake
Okay this is my new favourite dessert. ON REPEAT!
Ingredients
- 160 grams160 grams160 grams Plain Greek Yogurt
- 200 grams200 grams200 grams Cottage Cheese
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Raspberries, Frozen

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 180℃ (160℃ fan forced).
- Add all of your ingredients (a part from the raspberries) to a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a lined baking dish, top with raspberries and bake in the oven for 40-45 mins.
- Leave to cool on the bench for 10 mins, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Slice & enjoyyy
